Acrylic on Canvas, 30x24in
“After a debut into formal art practice through portraiture, Tibetan Girl’s was a return to life-like representation and further development of facial and upper body structures. The piece was also exploration of complimentary colours and the rendering of fabric. Much like ‘Blue Eyes’, a live model was used to form the structure and used in the layering process, while a photograph was used as the finishing touch.”
