Digital (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), 8.5x14in (Original project)
“One of the first projects assigned at Emily Carr University, one was tasked to ‘map’ their creativity graphically. Further developing the concept, a large illustration was produced with intention of showing how positive and negative character traits influence one’s creativity. This illustration was photographed, coloured digitally, and placed on a soda can (representing the acidic, adverse traits) as well as a flowerpot, shown top left. The design was pushed further as a Coca Cola pop-can design, and finally as a design for a tumbler for my own water bottle, which was freely distributed to peers throughout various social networks online.”
